An avid gardener, Siobhan has curated her garden to produce many plants and herbs which she regularly collects, dries and bottles for friends and family medicinal usage.

Every season offers a new supply of flowers, leaves, berries and bark to combat different seasonal ailments.

Her passion has been freely shared in her local area where she is regularly called upon for a supply of organic eggs, fresh and dried fruit, berries and medicinal tinctures.

Siobhan has attended many plant growing courses including the medicinal growing course in The Irish School of Herbal Medicine, Castlecomer.
