Fiona Clarke

This course will help you:
- reduce stress, anxiety, reactivity and self-criticism
- reconnect with inner confidence, and the heart of parenting
- discover fun, simple tools to share well-being with your children
Each session blends mindfulness and emotional health practices with the latest well-being research — and plenty of space for real conversation and connection. No previous mindfulness experience needed, just an open heart.
