Join James and Mark for a guided half-day journey into presence, purpose, and connection. In a world that is increasingly fast-paced and distracted, we often lose touch with the deeper stories that give meaning to our lives. Myth has long served as a source of insight, resilience, and transformation, yet many of us no longer have access to these powerful narratives when we need them most. This immersive session offers an opportunity to reconnect with that tradition in a supportive, small-group setting.
Within the space of three hours, participants will be gently guided through a Qigong practice designed to bring awareness back to the body and mind. Through mindful movement and meditation, the session creates a foundation of presence from which to explore selected stories from Irish mythology. These myths will serve as mirrors, offering fresh perspectives on masculinity, challenge, and personal growth.
In an increasingly disembodied world, this experience invites men to reconnect with their physical selves, their emotional landscape, and the enduring wisdom found in ancient stories. Grounded, reflective, and experiential, the session encourages honest engagement and meaningful conversation without pressure or expectation.
The half-day format makes this offering both accessible and impactful, providing a taste of deeper work while still delivering valuable insight and connection.
