The spring awakening: seasonal retreat

Sat 27th 10am – Sun 28th April 12.30pm

Our series of seasonal retreats are designed to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the seasons.

Stay in the historic Victorian Mansion, surrounded by 6 acres of serene, peaceful, private gardens all only 30 minutes from the city. You will receive nourishment of body, mind and soul through wellbeing practices, workshops and seasonal organic food inspired by our home grown produce.

Each retreat is carefully created to align with the energies of the current season and allow you to receive its unique gifts.
As you experience these seasonal offerings, you’ll gain valuable insights and reflections on the transitions in nature and in your life, considering changes that you may want to bring into the coming season.

This spring awakening offers an opportunity to reset, recharge, and realign in the exclusive grounds of Lis na Carrig house and gardens.
The small group setting allows one on one time with facilitators which will significantly enhance the experience and provide personalized attention to each participant’s needs.

Whether you’re looking to take time for yourself, reconnect with nature, or simply find moments of tranquility in luxurious settings this immersive experience promises a profound journey towards self-renewal and revitalization.
