Receive support and guidance for tailored wellbeing practices that support your energy, vitality and overall wellbeing.

Drawing on Eastern philosophy these sessions draw mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, yoga, reiki and ayurveda teachings.

You can expect to feel revitalised, calmer and more centred as well as being better informed to utilise wellbeing skills that will support the quality of your focus, productivity and happiness.

These sessions are delivered by Costanza Giagnoni, our residential embodied wellbeing coach As these sessions are led by a qualified yoga teacher, many health insurance providers will allow for full or partial refund.

What to expect:

– You’ll start with a complimentary, 30 minute chemestry session. This is an opportunity for you to share what you are experiencing and where you’d like guidance. This session ensures there is chemistry and an understanding of expectations.

– Once you are happy to proceed with the sessions you will receive an intake form.

– Each individual session typically lasts 60 minutes and will focus on the treatment that is most relevant to you.
You will be supported to establish a daily wellbeing practice that will enhance your energy and vitality.

– Costanza will be available via email for support and questions after and between sessions during office hours.
